What do you think are the most important things to be considered in the development of the emissions reduction plan?
The effects on the New Zealand economy and ergo poverty in New Zealand by acting too soon. If we act before our trading partners this could have devastating effects on our competitiveness on the world stage, our GDP, and the value of the NZD.

2. What new initiatives would you include in an emissions reduction plan for Aotearoa?

Tell us how you and your community will be impacted by the proposals in the Emissions Reduction Plan discussion document
A research project into the use of nuclear as a means of providing green energy to New Zealand. We recently had power outages due to excessive demand, and already utilize too much coal. We already need much more power without getting rid of coal and oil based power plants. Our existing hydro plants are near capacity as well since lakes have been at low levels recently. Nuclear can potentially provide green energy with base load capacity and solve this problem for us.

I don't see YouTube adverts or most internet ads as I pay to get rid of them where I can (e.g. YouTube) and use an adblocker elsewhere. So ads are an ineffective way to communicate with someone like me.
